Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for our DevSecOps efforts working on difference challenging problems for various customers. You will be involved in rapid prototyping and quick rollouts of ideas in fast paced environments working alongside some of the most talented and smartest people in the industry. You will use a wide application of principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to develop innovative solutions to problems. This position is fully Remote. This position is contingent upon award.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data transformation, data cleansing and data preparation.
• Develop relational database structures IAW the underlying architecture and data models.
• Design and run data queries ISO ad-hoc and customer analysis and reporting products.
• Provides expert advice, assistance, or guidance in support of technical programs and projects.
• Applies expert knowledge to gather facts, research and analyze the data, and develop conclusions and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting relational database construction, data querying, data cleansing, and data analysis procedures
• Experience working with the following technologies:  Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle EPM, APEX, Oracle 19c, Oracle Analytics Server, Oracle Hyperion, CostPerform, Tableau
• Must be a self-starter, proactive and effective communicator, and team collaborator focused on accountability and quality results
• Experience working in the Federal Government
• Bachelor's degree or other equivalent degree

• Active clearance for Public Trust Position
• AWS and/or Azure Solution Architect or similar certifications

Compensation

$93,942.70 - $150,308.31The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may will be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience. The estimate displayed represents the salary range for this position and is just one component of Cognosante’s total compensation package for employees and is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee.
