The Growth Platform Engineering builds tools and infrastructure to increase revenue, reduce churn, and improve customer happiness. Our team enjoys building a data platform and distilling that into insights to drive product changes. You will have the opportunity to contribute towards the vision for data infrastructure and analysis tools, by establishing standard methodologies for creating systems and datasets that the entire company will use.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the authentication and authorization engineering teams to obtain and analyze data to be used in user growth experiments
  • Conduct experiments by defining metrics and requirements for upcoming releases, including A/B tests and other experiments
  • Analyze the success of the experiments to inform future roadmap prioritization discussions

This role requires

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, majoring in computer science, software engineering, data analytics, or related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2023-June 2024
  • Experience with Python or Scala, data warehouses (Snowflake), SQL and relational databases

Bonus points if you have

  • Exposure to any/some/all of the following: Snowflake, dbt, Docker, CI/CD systems
  • A desire to understand the "why," not just the "how"

We're looking for bold and passionate people to be a part of our mission to help every engineer do their best work, every day, using data, not opinions, at every stage of the software lifecycle. We'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement. What's most important to us is finding authentic and accountable people who feel connected to our mission and values, not just candidates who check off all the boxes.
