Teladoc Health Inc. seeks a Data Engineer III ((Multiple Openings)) at its facility located at 150 W. Evelyn Ave, Suite 150, Mountain View, CA 94041. Design and develop the product, product features, and tools for members to have a best-in-class health consumer experience. Design and develop data pipelines to manage how data flows between our disparate systems. Develop real time member registration with our CRM, integrating data systems across businesses like MYSTRENGTH, Retrofit, and Teladoc health. Work with Scala, Python, SQL (OR SCALA/DL4J) to build production-grade machine learning (ML) pipelines and tools. Create tools and data sets to assist data science. Perform continuous integration to ensure that every step of an ML pipeline is testable and automated. Assist in maintaining data integrity in production systems. Use trained models to enable rapid experimentation. Participate in agile planning around data feature requests and advocate for the best data engineering projects in priority planning. Collaborate closely with Teladoc health’s ML experts, data scientists, product managers and clinical researchers to build products that help people live better lives. Remote Work May Be Permitted.

REQS: This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in a data engineering role. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Hive and Spark); (2) Creating and maintaining production pipelines; (3) Full lifecycle of software development; (4) SQL development experience using MySQL, Postgres or AWS Redshift; (5) Programming in any of the following languages, Scala, Java, or Python, as well as building production grade data pipelines; and (6) Build data transformations and pipelines, ingesting data from disparate sources and implementing algorithms for data processing to provide high level insights into data. RATE OF PAY: $141,378/year to $177,000/year. Apply below.
