This position is designated as work-from-home.
Essential Functions & Duties:
- Work in an Agile environment, including the creation of user stories with acceptance criteria, product backlogs, defect backlogs, release plans, backlog prioritization, as well as identifying key dependencies and risks.
- Translate business requirements into data models for ease of use in BI reporting solutions
- Transform relational and unstructured data into tabular data
- Review, analyze and validate customer data as it is collected
- Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
- Document data flows and processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve applications or integrations issues
- Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
- Participate in business process redesign, and work closely with stakeholders, define & refine business requirements, scope, design, quality, and technical design
- Be a successful change agent both motivating the change and implementing it
Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, data focused role preferred.
- Proficient in querying relational databases
- Ability to quickly evaluate and adapt to new environments and tools with minimal guidance or documentation.
- Ability to understand complex issues and facilitate resolution.
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented
- Adaptable, dependable, and independent
Citizenship or Work Authorization Required:
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (3+ years).
- Must have or be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Experience with Alteryx Designer, Server, and Gallery, Tableau
- Experience with a programming or scripting language or tool, or other forms of automation
- Experience working in an agile environment.
Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $102,298 – $146,140.
Essential Job Function Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of this position are critical in evaluating the qualifications and abilities of an applicant or employee.
